Last Chance: Mexican Independence Day

4128354497_dd0df71f96_o (1)Bring our your Mexican flags, make some delicious food, and get some red, green, and white decorations and let’s get this party started! We’ve talked about the history of this glorious holiday before, and we’d like to take this post to thank you all for letting us perform at your weddings, birthday parties, Quinceaneras, funerals, baptisms, reunions, and more throughout the years. You are helping us keep the Mexican traditions of performers alive. Were it not for those wishing to hear our wonderful , we couldn’t do our jobs properly. We love this and we love Mexico, so we’d like to share that love with you to help celebrate this year, and for many years to come, in Tucson, Arizona.

Arizona loves to spend from September 15th through October 15th celebrating Hispanic Heritage month to honor and celebrate the 50 million (or more) Latinos in this beautiful state. Spend this time to get with your loved ones, celebrate how far we’ve come as a country (Mexico, USA, and any other area from which we come from or love) and bring together those traditions to make some memories.

Parades, feasts, fireworks, displays, and other celebrations are going to be rampant, so take part and have your own fiesta! Make it as small or large as you want! Keep it to close friends, or invite everyone you know! Any venue, any number of people, our performers can bring any party to life. Authentic to remember where we came from, keeping traditions alive so we don’t lose who we are; that’s how you celebrate this holiday. America is a beautiful melting pot, but even the best soup has some bites that have more spice or a different background than the rest. Don’t forget about how hard Mexico and other South American countries had to fight to gain independence, and let’s remember that struggle and hope and pray we never have to go through that again.

Mariachi The 4th of July is American’s Independence day, so let’s show everyone how to really celebrate independence, ok? Hire our performers and have a blowout party. No matter your celebration techniques, stay safe, have fun, and celebrate for all of the right reasons.

Contact Alegre de Tucson for all of your celebration entertainment needs. Stay tuned for updates about deals, party ideas, reminders, and more to stay up to date with Tucson’s best group. Happy Grito de Dolores!
